Objective
Facilitate the strategic planning in the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Autonomous Republic of Adjara and Ministry of Agriculture of Autonomous Republic of Adjara to help define the fundamental purpose of these institutions and identify activities to secure the achievement of the institutional priorities for the next few years.

Strategic planning process was facilitated by the use of analytical tools for the identification of factors influencing the operation and performance of these agencies.
